Cleaning Instructions
- Unplug the fountain and remove the stainless steel cover, filter, and pump.
- Discard or rinse the used filter and sponge. Replace with a fresh one if needed.
- Wash the stainless steel cover and water tank with mild dish soap. These parts are dishwasher-safe.
- Rinse thoroughly to ensure no soap residue remains.
- Wipe the pump with a soft cloth and clean around the impeller area to remove buildup.
- Dry all components before reassembling the fountain.
- Reinstall the filter and sponge, then fill the reservoir with fresh water.
- Plug the fountain back in and ensure proper water flow.
Tip: For best performance, clean the fountain and replace filters/sponges every 2–4 weeks depending on water quality and number of pets.
